Time is the true wealth we have at our disposal though it cannot be amassed. The only way we can utilise it to our advantage is when we do righteous deeds and actions; for this will act in our favour in the Ākhirah (Hereafter). These moments will be preserved in exchange for moments of greater happiness and bliss in the next life. Therefore, we need to perform righteous deeds and actions in the short duration of time we have at our disposal in this temporary worldly life.

Sūrah Insān commences with Allāh subhanahu wa ta’ala mentioning the period of time when man was not even in existence. It includes the time before the creation of mankind and also the time before a person was sent into this world. In this Sūrah, Allāh subhanahu wa ta’ala mentions a glimpse of the bounties and favours the righteous people will enjoy in Paradise.
